Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;
Heavy persons must be able to walk healthy without assistance;
Fragile customers with mobility issues, especially the elderly are discourage to participate in this activity;
Persons who had recent injuries, or surgeries, or any rehabilitating injury for the last 6-8 months are not recommended to participate;

Safe equipment. Very professional and still fun. Just the right amount of time up in the air. Boat ride was really fun. Saw a couple of military jets in the air while we were out. So cool!

The captain was super friendly and nice and made the experience even more memorable. Parasailing was awesome and we hope we can go again soon.

Our first ride was on Jan 25. That was a disappointing ride. The crew asked their customers to look for whales and they were chatting, dancing and entertaining themselves. Two crew girls seems like tourists but not professional guides. We did not see any whales on that ride. We booked a re-ride on Jan 27. There is only one courtesy re-ride. Fortunately, the crew on the re-ride boat are totally different. They are professional. We saw a fantastic whale performance this time. Thanks to to the Jan 27 crew and captain.

Aloha Lei, I don't know what you are thinking but the parasail ride has nothing to do with whale watching and never makes any promises to anyone of seeing a whale. It is whale season but sometimes even the whale watching boats must spend hours trying to find a whale and even then may not ever find one that day. Also, the two crew girls you referred to as guides, have nothing to do with employment with this parasail company, they were guides from some other company that sells parasail tickets. If you were given a complimentary re-ride just to see whales I think you should be very happy for that because as the owner for 48 years, I have never offered that and my employees are not supposed to give that to any customers. It is unfortunate after all you were afforded but still gave only 4 stars is beyond me.
