Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight rations, and are up to the captain to decide
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Minimum of 5 yrs of age to participant or ride the boat
Not recommended for those who have Flu-Like Symptoms
48-hour cancellation policy- People who are at risks are discouraged to participate in this activity; - No expectant mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for expectant mom); - No one who had recent injuries or surgeries; - The triple flight is dependent on the wind and weight ration for the Captain to decide. No Guarantee; - Must be at least 5 yrs. old to participate in an activity or to ride in the boat. Incredible views but shame about the little time in the sky! (was just under 6 minutes) so $170 is expensive and then you have to pay 40 USD for photos - this should be included in the price. It’s basically a speed boat that takes you out so expect it to be rocky as anything and take some motion sickness tablets. Staff were friendly though and bags can be stowed underneath the seat.

Thank you for your comments Chenell. It is a very common mistake for people to imagine that they know what it takes financially to operate a business, this business in particular is very expensive with the super high cost of insurance, the very high wages paid to the captains who are limited in numbers nation wide, the extremely high cost to keep the boats operating and last but not least the high percentage that the state takes right off of the top of the amount of your monthly gross earnings. Combine that with only a limited number of customers that the business can accommodate due to the limited number of passengers that the Coast Guard allows to be seated in the boat and the limited amount of time to accommodate the customers. There is a high demand for this activity and limited seating so I hope this helps you understand the difficulties in operating this kind of business. Happy you enjoyed the trip in any case.

The trip was fantastic! Beautiful views of the island!! The staff was great, friendly, took lots of pictures. They made the ride very enjoyable! Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Eva. She took us to Dole Plantation, Turtle Beach, Waimea Falls and Beach, North Shore, Haleiwa town and a macadamia nut farm. We had a blast!
