Absolutely no problem redeeming the Play Card. The only issue l had is that some of their games don’t give nearly as many tickets as the same exact games in other arcades. We spent $40 the night before and got more prizes at a different arcade than we did here. We did have fun playing the games, though.

Fun place to bring the kids. Worth getting the $100 play card if you live nearby and can visit several times when the arcade is not busy.

We visit Arcade City at The Island every time we vacation at the Smokies. We love The Wizard of Oz machines. Arcade City is always very clean. The manager does a great job running this arcade!!!!
