Clean. Fun. Not too crowded. Would be nice if they offered drinks. The one vending machine wasn't working. It said cash only. No where around to get anything to drink. The lady at the counter was super awesome. Wish I knew her name. She showed my son the bouncy ball wrist band and had a smile on her face the entire time. Pretty much the only one in pigeon forge that we encountered that was super friendly!!

Fun arcade for the kids, lots of prizes for the ticket games. Always seems to be busy but still fun. Only downfall is waiting in line to cash out your tickets.
