Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Old Town with Vince! He provided so much history and anecdotal information. He was animated, affable and spoke loud enough so we could hear him---which we had difficulty with on many other tours we took (not from Viator) on our New Mexico trip. Vince was the BEST. This tour was the BEST!

Tour was a bit crowded and tour guide needed to use a microphone. I think the content was good, I just couldn't hear everything Misty had to share. She was enthusiastic and energetic, just want to be sure she uses her microphone next time. The noon time during balloon fiesta is busy on the Plaza.
