Staff was very friendly and helpful with our elderly friend. We each ordered a different entree and they were all very good. A very relaxing evening. Would recommend it to anyone

The waitstaff seemed very inexperienced. Waited over 30 minutes for our drinks. I didn’t get my salad. We needed to ask for steak knives. Food was okay.

Hello Tim, I am very sorry to hear about this negative experience onboard. We have spoken to all parties involved with your cruise. While most of our staff is inexperienced, we are trying our best to train them to our service standards as quickly as possible. There is a massive labor shortage across the country and it is very hard for us to find good staff. Thank you for cruising with us and I hope you decide to give us a second chance in the future.

Really enjoyed this experience. The crew was very nice and our server was great. The food was good, especially the desserts. So relaxing and beautiful.
