This morning we had the pleasure of rafting down the river with Nate. He was personable and friendly and shared lots of info about the river. We all had a wonderful time and would do it again.

We took the two hour trip at 11 am on a Friday. Rivertrippers makes it easy. All the transportation picks-up/returns to their kiosk, which is right downtown. We street parked for $3 about 50 feet from their location, quickly filled out our forms, and rolled to the river. We made reservations about 2 hrs before the trip, and they accommodated us, and we have two kiddos under 10 years of age. This trip was perfect for them. Most of it is chill class I/II (I am thinking), and then there is the whitewater section (class III) that was a blast to roll through for the kids. They were laughing out of their minds!! Honestly, I was a little hesitant to sign up for this. But that turned out to be a complete non-issue. Since this was the first time on whitewater with kids. having a solid guide was important to us. Cue Bel. A Colorado native, she has been on whitewater for ages, which showed with the finesse she used to take us down the river. She (and the other guides) were amazing with the young ones. THANK YOU BEL, you were so awesome!! We would use Rivertrippers again, no question.

Had a blast. Nate was a very knowledgeable, excellent guide. Felt safe and had fun throughout the whole trip. Sadie got great pics of the family and had some hilarious commentary. Best bus driver 👍 would highly recommend!
