This was a fun trip, even though our boat was overcrowded with 11 people (we were only supposed to have 8). The back two rows were very tight and uncomfortable but the front row was fine and very wet. Gavin was very knowledgeable and provided lots of interesting facts. He was great guide and handled the raft like a pro.

Before I went on this trip I was really nervous that I wasn’t qualified or ready to go out on the river and I thought that the boat ride would be affected if I failed to execute. However, this is not the case. My river guide, Nate, knew exactly what he was doing the whole time and although he encouraged us to paddle and made us feel like we were involved the entire trip, I was very reassured that he could handle it by himself if need be. I very much enjoyed the trip and it was very fun and exhilarating, yet not too scary. I felt safe the entire time and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who is willing to try something new and be pleasantly surprised.

We loved the excursion. It was like a wild waterslide! You wanted to go back on the bus, ride up the river and do it all again. Our guide, Calista, was great and made us feel secure while still having a blast. Would definitely do this again. You do get wet!!
