Interesting guide. Felt safe. Fun for the family. Rained a bit, but didn’t lessen the fun. Company is organized, helpful, and friendly. Would love to go again!

This 2.5 hour trip was fun; this part of the River only gets class 0-3 rapids so a good time was had by all. We had such a good time rafting the Animas River with them! It even rained and was still a lot of fun. We didn’t have rain gear but they rent it for cheap and even provide a free locker to keep things in while you are on the water. Our guide - Will - did a great job keeping us safe but also I terrains. Now go see that museum at the train depot! 😏

We had a blast! RiverTrippers did a fantastic job. This was our daughters' (14 & 9) first time rafting, so the 2.5 hour trip was just enough to get their feet wet and hearts racing (Class I, II, and III) rapids. I highly recommend our guide, JJ, as he was fun and engaging, both with the adults and children in the group. He shared his rafting expertise, knowledge of local history, and sense of humor to help round out a great trip down the Animus. Easily one of our best experiences in Durango.
