What To Expect

Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park

Mitten View, Mitchell Mesa, Merrick Butte, Elephant/Camel Buttes, John Fords Point, Three Sisters, and Rain God. Backcountry: Chiefs Head, Big Hogan, Totem Pole View, Suns Eye, Ear of the Wind, and hogan demonstration.

There is nothing like taking in the breathtaking and iconic views of Monument Valley as having a great tour guide. We had the awesome tour guide of Mark and on a scale of 1-5 I will rate him 10! His knowledge and friendliness made his seem like family. I will highly recommend him and this tour to anyone. He played a Mojave flute music for us under one of the historic landforms which was stunning. His driving of the vehicle was also great.

Our guide Marjorie Gray was exceptional. We were two senior women who thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Marjorie. She explained all the sights to us and gave us an indepth explanation of Indian customs growing up in her family. It was so interesting and she even sang an Indian song to us. We got out at many sights and she told us the history behind lots of Indian lore. I would highly recommend her as your guide. We went in an enclosed a/c SUV as it was 99 degrees the day of our tour in early afternoon.

Our trip with Joe was an excelent and enjoyable experience. We recieved a lot of interesting information about the natives. Altough the rainy day, the tour was wonderful. Joe was so funny and kind with us, and also took us very funny photos! We recommend it 100%
