Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park

Mitten View, Mitchell Mesa, Merrick Butte, Elephant/Camel Buttes, John Fords Point, Three Sisters, and Rain God. Backcountry: Chiefs Head, Big Hogan, Totem Pole View, Suns Eye, Ear of the Wind, and hogan demonstration.

We booked this tour when we arrived in monument valley by visiting the ‘visitor centre’ area on the way to The View Hotel. Harry was our guide for the day and was very informative and helpful. He made plenty of stops for exploring and photographs and told stories about the history of the area. A guided tour is a must in monument valley to get the full experience!! We felt really comfortable with Harry and he even gave us some photography tips along the way which allowed us to create some beautiful photos. Highly recommend!!! Also we went on a horse ride with ‘wild Wild West tours’ (after Harry’s recommendation) and this was also a great way to explore Monument Valley. We booked this through the stand in the car park at The View Hotel.
