We were lucky enough to get a tour to ourselves and had the most fabulous time. Our guide, John, was exceptional. We visited the ‘tourist’ views but then most of the trip was in areas off limits to the general public. John was incredibly interesting, educating us on not only the geography of the area but also Navajo culture and history. He also took some great photos of our whole family which will likely end up framed at home! Just can not recommend it enough!

By not driving, we were able to totally immerse ourselves in the experience. Derek was a great guide and we enjoyed learning from him. We are older and requested an air conditioned vehicle which the company provided. Highlights from our trip included a photo opportunity at Ford’s Point, a trip inside a hogan, Native American music in an echoing rock formation, and viewing petroglyphs. It was so easy to roll into the Visitor Center and discover this great tour company.

My family of 5 loved our guided tour of Monument Valley. Our guide was very knowledgable, friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend this visit to everyone looking for a medium length tour to see the beautiful and inspiring views of these precious Navajo tribal lands.
