For Antelope Canyon Tour: Pets and Service Animals are not allowed on the tour
If the tour vehicle is changed or replaced due to force majeure, the participating guests on the day can receive a partial refund ($15/person) to compensate for the difference in the price of the vehicle.
This tour requires a minimum number of travelers; if the tour is canceled because of this requirement, you will be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

2-day trip , beautiful sites to visit but it was supposed to be an excursion with guide. It was just a Chinese driver talking to them in Chinese and us in English only at appointment time. No explanation of the sights, the culture... it was necessary to give 15 dollars per person per day for supposedly guide tips. He doesn't even deserve it. Knowing to have already given more than 1000 dollars for 3 people for 2 days. It's all in a hurry. Arriving on the scene, taking pictures , I repeat without any explanation (I should have had with me the guide of the backpacker to know a piece of culture) and then we go to the next site.I sent message to the company explaining my opinion, obviously to pretend not to understand. That's not very professional. They came at a bad time because I work in tourism and I am commercial for the sale of stays and excursions. I would not recommend them at all.
