My husband and I were lucky enough to have Cass and Danielle as our tour guide and bus driver multiple times during our trip to SF. They were both really nice and very accommodating. They gave us directions, waited a few minutes for us to run to a convenience store to get bottled water, and also told us where nearby restrooms were. Cass was HILARIOUS and did a great job narrating. They make a great team and should be paired with each other more. At times the buses did not come on time and we spent many minutes waiting for buses to arrive at stops but overall I would recommend this hop-on hop-off bus tour to anyone who is touring the city for the first time. SF is an amazing city and we were glad we got to see so much of it.

This is a great way to see any city and this company makes sure you have a great time! BB was such an awesome tour guide! He tells you all about the sites you are seeing and makes it so much fun!! I'd wait for his bus just to hear his awesome stories!

As this was our first visit to San Francisco we thought a hop on hop off would give us a good insight to the city to we could plot places to get off and explore. Unfortunately the guides were not that good, they failed to point out stops and attractions at those stops, on more than one occasion people wanted to get off and the stop was mentioned only after we had passed it, then the guide blamed the customer for not speaking sooner to get off!. We did the Golden Gate Bridge also, the one bus pulls up you get off and onto the bus that goes over the bridge, it’s supposed to be a seamless transition but it wasn’t. Coming back we had to wait a long time for the bus, which was late, and blamed on traffic, ok traffic on San Fran side was crazy but it would seem they run only one bus over the bridge so any hold up impacts massively. We did another tour and the guide was appalling. She didn’t point out many things the previous guy had pointed out to us so many people missed out on possible pictures or getting off at places of interest. All in all not great.
