This was our first time to Segway and Shawn made it a great family experience. We learned some fun and interesting Chicago history while we saw all the holiday lights throughout the city. My 12 and 16 year old felt very confident before the tour started but I felt a little nervous if I could ride without falling or crashing . There’s a quick video you watch then a hands on training that quickly gave me confidence that I could do it. They have warm ski bibs available -which my kids used to stay warm and fun helmets. It’s an all weather outing and even though we had a wintry mix of light rain and snow flurries it didn’t slow us down as we made our way through the city at night. Highly recommended

We had never been on a Segway before - received the training, which was great, and off we went. There was only me and my wife on the tour we took and we had a great time. The young guy who lead the tour was great and gave us a good fun tour. You sure cover a good deal of Chicago. This is a good value activity and lasted over two hours including the training. I would do it again.

We enjoyed the Christmas light Segway tour over Christmas holiday in Chicago. Aaron was our guide. He was fun, knowledgeable, and high alert on safety. I was a nervous nonadventerous worrier. He took his time with me. It was much easier than I anticipated. There were three of us and all had an excellent time. Highly recommend!!
