Not recommended for travelers suffering from Vertigo or have a medical condition that causes them to go from standing to falling with no warning

Gave this as a gift to my son and his fiancé for their trip to Chicago. They showed up 15 minutes early, as instructed. Unfortunately no one from the company showed up. My son called 6 times. 30 minutes after the tour was supposed to start, someone called to say it was a booking error. So much for my son's Christmas gift. Wouldn't trust this company. Can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am...

This was our first try at riding a Segway, it was fantastic, we enjoyed it so much we went back the next day and booked another tour. If you haven't done it, do it.
