What a great business. We arrived for our initial ride and there was lightning and a severe weather threat. They allowed us to rebook seamlessly for the next day. The bikes were great and they provided a thorough orientation on the operation. Trail was beautiful and the scenery was wonderful. Highly recommend Prescott EBikes and this trail.

The service was awesome and they worked around some weather issues in a very customer friendly manner giving us the option of a full refund or booking early the next day. We re-booked the next day and had an amazing bike ride with great views. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Anyone that can ride a bike and rode an E bike. Great directions and bike instructions. Nice trail. Bikes in tiptop shape. To do the “Loop,” plan on three hours
