Wasn’t able to book online but the owner answered the phone immediately, and was able to accommodate us on the morning we wanted to ride. We were met by an employee, Drake at the trailhead and he was extremely friendly and professional as he gave training on the bikes, and we were completely confident to ride safely. He made sure our bikes were adjusted properly for a comfortable ride. I highly recommend this company, and we have never ridden this type of bike, but had a great time!
