Devils Den is a rock formation that can be explored by the whole family. Located in the middle of Gettysburg National Military Park below Little Round Top.

The guides explanation of the most important battles and why they were won or lost and the sanitarium where they amputated arms and legs and piled them outside a window.

The guide’s knowledge was very helpful! We were able to get out at strategic spots and understand how the memorial represented the battle.

We were a party of three adults and didn't realize the extent of the battlefields and the large area covered. We had limited time so a 2 hour bus tour was excellent to give an overview. The tour guide was knowledgeable, the bus comfortable. Great history lesson, but also brought into focus the lives lost, families split, and the great divisions in the country at the time. So many monuments and just not enough time in 2 hours to see and experience everything but with the overview we are able to return and visit now at our own pace. Well worth the money!
