The check in was very quick and easy. The staff was friendly. Bus was comfortable and even made a stop halfway through the tour for a bathroom break. The tour guide was fantastic. We learned a lot of information in a short amount of time, and she kept it very interesting and funny at times. We did a couple of stops where we exited the bus, but they tried to keep us in the shade, so that was nice. I think if I had any complaints, it would be that the AC on the bus was a little weak, but we were also towards the back of the bus, which may have had something to do with that. So I guess I would suggest that if you go during the summer and/or get hot very easily, then you may want to either sit at the front half of the bus, or see where the vents are to help with that situation. Overall, we really did enjoy this tour and would recommend, especially for history fans.

The tour was overall good, our guide was very knowledgeable but gave so much information that I lost track of history here and there. I feel like he told us the history to just say it, but not really keep us engaged. It didn't help that there was a motorcycle rally while we were on the double decker bus, because it was hard to hear our guide. What I did appreciate about the tour company, was that they kindly rolled us over to the next tour when we were running late from an emergency. They were very accommodating and nice enough to let us join the next tour. They also have a really great gift shop with souvenirs of Gettysburg with small snacks, and clean restrooms. Overall a good experience!
