Enjoy a unique kayaking experience on this Small-Group Guided Glass Bottom Kayak Eco Tour of Rainbow Springs in Florida. Begin your tour with a quick tutorial on basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. Your kayak tour will last approximately 2 to 2.5-hours depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures at several of the picturesque stopping points along the way (there will even be a couple chances for you to get out and enjoy the refreshing Spring water!)

Year round we experience over 14 different type of birds, fish, turtles, otters, alligators, and other wildlife. The best part of it all, is that you have a chance to see some of these directly below your Clear Kayak!

Great day out on the water with the crew from Get Up and Go Kayaking. We had a big group out exploring the Rainbow River and they managed keeping us all together seamlessly while providing great area information and making us each feel like we were the only ones out on the tour. They were helpful with loading into the kayaks and unloading to be sure everyone was safe and well looked after. Can't recommend this outfitter enough. If you're lucky enough to have Sam, Lauren, or Mario as a part of the team to take you out, you can't possibly have a bad day on the water. Thanks so much for an incredible tour of Rainbow River. Can't wait to check out the clear kayaks on Silver Springs next!

What a cool experience! First time doing a glass bottom boat and it was a blast. Andrew our tour guide took our experience to the next level. He told us all about the land and animals and showed us some really cool things along the way! Loved it, would definitely recommend.

Pay close attention to the small print. We did not make our pickup time due to standstill traffic caused by two separate multi-car accidents on our route to Rainbow Springs. We called to let them know we would not make the pickup time 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup. The policy does not allow for a raincheck or a refund. We were charged the full price, $207.00, for a trip that we did NOT take due to circumstances beyond our control. Very disappointed that Glass Bottom Guided Kayak Eco Tours was not willing to work with us on a solution that could work for both of us.

Hi Heather! We appreciate your feedback on this matter. We are sorry to hear you were unable to make it to the location in time for your tour. We understand that traffic delays do occur from time to time and we can not always control them. For this reason, we do ask all guests to plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time in case there are any delays along the way. We also give all guests a 15 minute grace period after the scheduled tour time to arrive. However, after that grace period is expended, we do have to continue on with the guests that are present for the tour. We do our best to provide guests with this information so they can plan their trips accordingly, but we can only allot so much time for guests to arrive. When you called, we did inform you again of the 15 minute grace period and our late policy to which you understood. Because the tour was missed due to traffic delays we were unable to provide any rainchecks or refunds per our late policy which is agreed to at the time of booking. We are saddened that you were unable to make it in time for this adventure due to traffic delays but hope you will join us again in the future.
