Enjoy a unique kayaking experience on this Small-Group Guided Glass Bottom Kayak Eco Tour of Rock Springs in Florida. Begin your tour with a quick tutorial on basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. Your kayak tour will last approximately 2 to 2.5-hours depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures at several of the picturesque stopping points along the way (there will even be a couple chances for you to get out and enjoy the refreshing Spring water!) The first half of the paddle will be upstream towards the headspring of Rock Springs and the second half will be a gentle coast back to our launch point. Be ready to learn unique facts about the area and spot the local nature and wildlife along the way. Animals you may see: turtles, birds, fish, otters, deer, alligators, and more!

Weight Restriction: 425 pounds per boat (two guests) and no more than 250 pounds per seat (individual)
For every minor participating, there needs to be an adult to accompany them within the kayak. Children must be at least 3yrs old to participate.
Each of our kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers). However, the seats are removable and if you have an odd number of paddlers in your party we are able to accommodate the kayak as a single. Keep in mind, the same 250 pound PER person weight limit still applies even if taking a kayak as a single.

We agree to practice social distancing. Please keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from guests in another party. We commit to not pair you with a guest from another party and to perform enhanced cleaning measures in between tours.

What To Expect

Rock Springs Run

We will start the tour at King's Landing and paddle into a unique part of Rock Springs Run known as "Emerald Cut". This portion of the waterway is a beautiful greenish/blue tint with tree canopies overhead. There's a hidden jump platform that we allow guests to take a leap from if they choose.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Clear kayaking with Get Up and Go Kayaking was the highlight of my trip to Florida with my husband! Every single local said that we needed to kayak the springs in order to get a true Floridian experience. Our tour guide at Rock Springs, Ashley, was so friendly and made sure we were safe but she didn’t hover over us. She knew the best places to stop and swim. We even jumped off a tree into the springs!! Absolutely loved the clear kayaks and got the best Instagram pictures!!! I feel like the price was perfect for our amazing experience. And again, Ashley was so helpful! The company was super upfront about getting to the location on time and the no refund policy. So there were no surprises!

We're just as bummed! If there's any unsafe weather we do call off the tour, as safety is very important to us. In the event that we have to cancel for any unsafe weather, you are given the option to rebook to a different day of your choice, or receive a refund for the booking.
