Enjoy a unique kayaking experience on this Small-Group Guided Glass Bottom Kayak Eco Tour of Rock Springs in Florida. Begin your tour with a quick tutorial on basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. Your kayak tour will last approximately 2 to 2.5-hours depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and take pictures at several of the picturesque stopping points along the way (there will even be a couple chances for you to get out and enjoy the refreshing Spring water!) The first half of the paddle will be upstream towards the headspring of Rock Springs and the second half will be a gentle coast back to our launch point. Be ready to learn unique facts about the area and spot the local nature and wildlife along the way. Animals you may see: turtles, birds, fish, otters, deer, alligators, and more!

Weight Restriction: 425 pounds per boat (two guests) and no more than 250 pounds per seat (individual)
For every minor participating, there needs to be an adult to accompany them within the kayak. Children must be at least 3yrs old to participate.
Each of our kayaks are tandem (made for 2 paddlers). However, the seats are removable and if you have an odd number of paddlers in your party we are able to accommodate the kayak as a single. Keep in mind, the same 250 pound PER person weight limit still applies even if taking a kayak as a single.

We agree to practice social distancing. Please keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from guests in another party. We commit to not pair you with a guest from another party and to perform enhanced cleaning measures in between tours.

What To Expect

Rock Springs Run

We will start the tour at King's Landing and paddle into a unique part of Rock Springs Run known as "Emerald Cut". This portion of the waterway is a beautiful greenish/blue tint with tree canopies overhead. There's a hidden jump platform that we allow guests to take a leap from if they choose.

Me and my husband loved our time at rock springs on the Clear bottom kayaks. We have been to florida many of times and got a bit bored of the parks, we decided to try something new and are so glad we did. The water was beautiful and clear and so refreshing to swim in. Kristina our guide was amazing ! Although part of a tour we was allowed to go at our own pace with clear instructions of where to re-group if we parted. The down stream paddle was beautiful we was lucky enough to see a baby aligator and some turtles. I would 100% recommend this trip

Beautifull place, very peaceful and our tour guide was excellent. We went at the beginning of September, and it had rained so the water wasn't clear like the pictures, but it was still super nice. I definitely recommend it! I will be coming back in the near future.

Often times rain can change the color of the water to a pretty amber but the top of the springs will always be crystal clear and blue as that is where the fresh water is being pumped out of!
