Wes must get tired of hearing this - but he's the bomb!! This is a tour is a must-do while in Asheville. We took our first Segway tour in Berlin back in April and since then have decided that it's the only way to tour a city. Wes was the perfect guide - he was patient, attentive to concerns about the equipment and best of all was very funny.

Took my wife to Asheville for her birthday and specifically for the Moving Sidewalk/Segway Tour. She had no idea what we were doing until we got to the Visitors Center and saw the Segways. This is really a lot of fun. Wes was Great, he took the time needed to get us started since we had never been on a Segway before. Much easier than I expected. Actually, no problem at all. He was very informative about historical events and locations in Asheville. My wife loved the overall experience including the history, and the brief stop at a local coffee shop. To me the history was great but the Segways and Wes as the tour guide made it for me. We will be going back.

This is a wonderful way to see Asheville and frankly is just lots of plain fun at the same time! The tour guide Wes is fantastic and really does a great job training novice Segway drivers. He is also very knowledgeable about Asheville and very personable & friendly. My wife and I are planning to go back and take our daughter and son-in-law along too. Give this a try...you won't be disappointed!
