What To Expect

Tampa

We take off from the Embassy Suites in Downtown Tampa and zoom quickly by the Amalie Arena. From there, we coast onto the Tampa Riverwalk, which follows the majestic Hillsborough River to the scenic Curtis Hixon Park. Take in panoramic views of the city and the bay and return to the Embassy Suites to round out your tour.

Danny was a great tour guide. We had a lot of fun and the River Walk was a fantastic place to ride. Highly recommend!

Our tour guides name was Barrett. He was so energetic and so kind to everyone I highly suggest this tour but at the beginning it can be a little scary and weird but you’ll get the hang of it I highly suggest Barrett as your tour guide if you can. Love this tour.

Barrett, travel guide, took us around Riverwalk, restored and rehabilitated businesses in an up and growing section of Tampa reflecting beautiful parks, playgrounds, unique cafe's, resturants that had historic value to the area. Showed us several campus grounds that were historic pieces of real estate, history of the buildings, parks and future rehab plans in Tampa. The weather was beautiful with lots of boats in the bay and the parking was a short walk from Tampa Segway Tours. We were given ample time at Amelia Arena area to become comfortable with the segways which was new this year.
