The food was surprisingly good, staff was friendly and efficient and the boat itself is clean and well-equipped. Narration on outer deck was very hard to hear. The River itself and sights along it are well worth the cost.

Include a fountain drink with the meal. They charge you 70 for the ticket trap you on a boat then inform you everything cost extra including a drink. Also was boring with no live entertainment and staff was overwhelmed.

I have done some research into your specific cruise to make sure this does not happen again, your server was a brand new server, we are going to go through some more training to make sure we maintain our service standards. In comment to the price and additional addons, I would recommend you book directly through us next time as you will save some money. The live entertainment was removed due to covid and will be back as soon as our restrictions are lifted. So much fun. We learned about the history of Chinatown and North Beach. We learned about the food as we walked through those areas and ate. We had moon pies, pork buns, noodles, Peking duck, pizza, canoli, fudge, and tea. So much great food and so much information. We had a great guide with Brian. He was laid back and really excited about what he was tell us. He was a born and breed local with a love for his city. Definately recommend for couples and families. Moderate walking please wear sneakers.
