2-hour Outer Banks Wild Horse Tour by 4WD

Overview

The Bender family continues a 50 year tradition of traveling in open air style safari vehicles north of Corolla along the ocean and sand dunes on a 2 hour, small group, excursion sharing history and ecology along the way. We stop for several photo opportunities and points of interests along the way, as well including private access to the Wild Horse Conservation Area. This tour also included a professional and knowledgeable horse guide to educate you on what you are seeing. Choose from one of 3 departure times when you book.

For now, we will allow maximum capacity ONLY for one family or group per household if staying together in the same rental house. Otherwise, the maximum will be TWELVE (12) people.

If you have more than 12 people please call us directly for accommodations.

We will NOT be able to allow any children UNDER 40 POUNDS on the tour.

Awesome experience. We did a private tour and loved it. Was worth the extra money. Brad was a great guide and made sure we saw a few haram of horses before we were done. He gave a great tour and info about the area and was pretty funny. 100% would recommend.

Had an amazing tour last week with Paul! We were very lucky and saw a lot of horses! It was such a great experience to see the horses on the beach doing their own thing. We also saw the 2 fowls Billie and Bridget which was the highlight. Billie was putting on a show running up and down the beach, it was the cutest thing ever! My older Mother was very nervous about going in the truck but Paul made it comfortable for her and she was so happy she went. It was a great tour!!! Thanks Paul!!!

We had so much fun riding with Edna and getting to see the scenery and wild horses! So glad we decided to go! Would definitely recommend! Horses were absolutely beautiful!
