Claire was one of the best guides we have ever had. She was so friendly that we felt an immediate connection. Her tour of Manhattan was well organized and paced. She was a fountain of information presented in such a way as to keep it interesting even for our sixteen year old granddaughter. We were touched by her history and description of 9/11 and the memorial. If you are fortunate enough to book a tour with Claire you will have an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the initial contact by email and phone to the 'Private custom tour' by our AMAZING guide Sara ! I gave an impossibly long list of requests, at short notice and asked them to 'make a once in a life time trip' and they exceeded expectations on all levels. Sara's knowledge, thoughtfulness and energy was unbelievable. We saw every single tourist sight in NY, she gave in-depth history and background, kept my teenagers engaged and happy.... and always with a beautiful smile and boundless energy. She is an absolute gem !!! We have completely fallen in love with NY thanks to Sara and can't recommend this company highly enough.
