We all enjoyed the ride, but we had three flights plan together. The last flight was later than scheduled. Limo staff was running late and the Limo service staff was rude. Yell at me over on the phone and said you need to make your own arrangement to go back to your destinations and left. Limo service was booked by HeliNY and it's their responsibility to manage the timing of flight and limo accordingly. We did not directly book Limo and this was unexcepted for Limo service staff to treat me and my group this way. Totally unprofessional.

Amazing experience! The pilot gave us great tidbits about the landmarks as we flew over... Seeing the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Freedom Tower, etc from the air is spectacular. Took my flight enthusiast fiance for a birthday present and our entire family (including Dads) were super jealous. They have to balance the helicopter by weight, so if you're hoping to be seating exactly "next" to your partner, re-adjust your expectations - it's for safety and any helicopter ride you take may do the same thing. I sat directly across from my fiance which was even better because I got to watch his face light up with a smile the whole ride. Huge windows, not a bad seat in the house! I appreciated our social media paparazzo that was there from HeliNY - he asked for our instagram accounts and offered to send pics of us walking on the helipad. Even better - he actually followed through on the promise and we got a great shot! Next time, I want to try the night tour or the tour leaving from Linden, NJ. We heard that tour is a great value and often gets cleared to fly even closer to Manhattan! Huge thank you to HeliNY, the helipad crew & pilot for making this an unforgettable experience!
