Our family did the horseback riding followed by 2 hr rafting trip. Overall experience was good. We’ve done many whitewater rafting trips and this was average. Crew was friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. Kids had a great time, however they complained about having to put on cold wet suits for the trip. Rapids weren’t very difficult, but still fun. Great way to spend a couple hours and get some exercise.

Our entire experience was amazing. Every interaction we had Wild West staff was pleasant and efficient. We booked the saddle and paddle with a picnic lunch and could not have been more pleased. Our raft guide Nico was fun and entertaining as well as capable and knowledgeable. This was a great excursion and a must do in the Yellowstone area. Thank you Wild West Rafting for such a memorable excursion!

This was an excellent first rafting experience for our family. The customer service was over the top!! Jack greeted us with great positive energy and a smile as we were getting our gear for the trip. Jack and Jay were also our guides on the raft. Both of them were extremely kind and patient with us and our four kids. My 5 year old talked nonstop and they conversed with him the entire ride. It really helped him to have calmer energy as he was somewhat nervous. They also took time to point out neat landscaping features throughout the float as well. There was a photographer who also snapped pics of us along the river. That was very much appreciated. During the bus ride to and from the river, all of the guides were fun and entertaining. You can tell they truly enjoy their job and working together. It was a memorable experience and we would absolutely go again.
