The 2 Hour Whale Watch Kayaking Tour offers the chance to safely view migrating gray whales via kayak in their natural habitat. Each tour is lead by experienced guide(s) who ensure participants safely navigate the coastal waters with the potential to see different types of marine life that inhabit one of the highest concentrations of sea-life in all of California. Our guides are there to make sure you have the most intimate and amazing experience. Part of that is a strict adherence to the Marine Mammal Protection Act and the Ocean Etiquette Guidelines established by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). In accordance with the laws and guidelines, we remain at least 100 yards away from whales and 50 yards away from dolphins. We avoid following behind or directly approaching in front of these animals. By following these guidelines, we ensure that we are safe, do not disturb these amazing creatures of the sea and have a wondrous experience.

While staying at the Hilton in La Jolla, we inquired about a whale watching tour and were directed to Everyday California- what an experience!
We were a group of four, with very little kayaking experience. Travis took us out and did a phenomenal job. He did a great job keeping the group together at all times, and he had as much fun as the rest of us.
We will be back in the summer to do it again.

Paid for Whale watching, it was just 2 hours of kayaking, with a guide. The kayaking is fine, just rent the kayaks, if there are whales, which is not very often, you will see them.

I randomly found this company as I was looking for Kayaking companies and I was looking for whale watching...
The 2 hour whale watching trip we had this morning was worth every penny.
The trip was professionally run with knowledgeable guides in a beautiful part of the coast.
We were lucky to see just about everything you can see (sea-life wise) - dolphins, seals, sea-lions and grey whales.
I'd like to send a massive thank you to the guides to what has been one of the highlights of a pan-American three-month trip!
