When we purchased this trip via Viator it was advertised as a sailing at 2pm and being an afternoon cruise, the INCLUSIVE section listed wine, beer as being included. When we inquired at the ticket booth we were informed that it was their first sailing of the season and nothing of that sort was going to be served. When we asked why the tour was advertised as it will serve alcohol during afternoon and sunset cruise—our 2pm cruise was an AFTERNOON CRUISE, and we requested a refund, we were told to contact Viator. We did and when they attempted to contact the tour operator no one picked up the phone. Viator is looking into it and I was told that they’ll see if we can get a partial refund. I paid Viator $75 per person and at the ticket booth the price was $45 per person. The tour was nothing to write home about. I am extremely unhappy about the tour operator’s false advertising. I hope Viator can get me a partial refund.
