Very disappointed with the Viator instructions. An appointment time was not listed. The instructions stated that the flights were daily starting at 9AM at the Clay Lacy Executive Terminal. I arrived at 0830 and no one knew what was happening. After numerous phone calls, James the pilot was aware of the miscommunication with Viator. He did not arrive until 1110. He was very professional & knowledgeable. The tour was excellent.
