Person running the business is very friendly. Takes care of you and ensures all of your biking needs are met. All KHS bikes which are pretty good. I wish the timings were portrayed correctly everywhere. He closes up shop at 2 everyday and not 6PM

The gentleman at Alcatraz tours and bike rentals was very kind to us. We got stuck over the Golden Gate Bridge and didn’t make it back before closing. He waited for us and gave us both a water that we really needed. 5 stars for them.

I booked an appointment the night before rental via this site, when I arrived the place was closed and no one answered my call. After contacting the vendor, I received a refund. Update: After reading my original 1 star review, I was contacted by an employee. He informed me that there was a break-in at their location the night before my appointment. He apologized & issued two free rental vouchers.
