Palace of Fine Arts Theatre

Marina District of San Francisco, California, is a monumental structure originally constructed for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition in order to exhibit works of art presented there. One of only a few surviving structures from the Exposition, it is still situated on its original site. StraRecommended, bikes in order. Very courteous staff I caused a problem to a bicycle they helped me without charging me anything. Very nice Great Recommendation

Rude employee who doesn't know his job. We had reserved 2 bicycles with a child seat in advance. The employee knew nothing about our reservation. He didn't know how to install the child seats on the bikes so we couldn't get any bikes in the end. When I asked how we could cancel to get our money back, he said it had to be done through my reservation on the website. When I was logged in there but didn't see an option to cancel anywhere and asked how to do it, he said he didn't know and that I should just ask my husband. I told him that my husband didn't work there and he did, but he didn't want to understand that. When I asked for my money back in cash, he called me 'crazy'. Really not recommended!
