By keeping our tour group small, we can do our part in minimizing the impact of visitors, while also providing you with a comfortable and relaxing experience with manatees and your crew. This is my first time doing snorkeling. With Derek's help, I adapted this new skill with confidence after 15-20 minutes. Manatees are so cute and so gentle! One even approached me and kissed my left hand while I was just floating on the water. Even better that Derek took a picture of this action!!! All pictures are free!!!! You have to go with small group to really appreciate those gentle giant. We saw some big groups and I can't understand how they can possibly not scare Manatees. Pick this small local company! You will get more out of your time!

Pete and Derek are local Florida boys!!! They knew all the great spots to find manatees. They provide everything you need! They also provided us hot chocolate and a warm boat ride with great photos for a memorable trip. They also gave us great advice on other springs to see in the area!

Captain Pete , Is a very knowledgeable local Manatee guide. He took us ona very relaxful 2 hour tour of the area and gabe us a great historical perspective on the plight of the Manatees ! Can not overstaye how much we enjoyed our time with Pete and the Manatees of Crystal River.
