Our daily 6 passenger semi-private tours are designed to be small and eco-friendly, leaving only our foot prints behind to help protect our locals (aka manatees). By keeping our tour group small, we can do our part in minimizing the impact of visitors, while also providing you with a comfortable and relaxing experience with manatees and your crew. Captain Pete and Derek were awesome! They did everything they could to ensure my family and I (my husband, 15 year old daughter and 90 year old mom in law!) had a GREAT time. Everything was thought out to wet suits to photos and hot cocoa afterwards. They even got us close to some dolphins in the bay. I HIGHLY recommend Go Local Manatee tours. Captain Pete is also VERY quick to respond to inquiries. Thanks, guys!

Hearing from the driver and guide/photographer about manatee behavior, learning how to identify where they migrated from or if they are local by their color, barnacles or algae was fascinating! But floating in the water and watching them float or swim by is something I will always remember!
