Did you know Denver was founded over a barrel of whiskey? On this 3 hour Colorado Whiskey tour you will learn about Whiskies and their role in the founding of the city. On this walking tour you will visit Denver's oldest Irish Pub, a modern day saloon, and a local Denver distillery. Along the way you will sample different whiskies, learn how high altitude distilling is different than anywhere else and learn some light local history. We had an excellent time with Will. He was extremely knowledgeable and made history come to life. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the walking around with Will, as he explained the history of Denver. He was willing to answer questions and was extremely colorful. This was a must do if you are visiting Denver, or if you have been a local for decades. He explained in detail how Denver became Denver. Not only is it about the history, but about the history involving whiskey that makes this tour awesome. We learned the different types of whiskey from the different regions of the world, and we got partake in the tasting many different types of whiskey. Will, made this tour memorable. It was truly enjoyable, and we will do this tour again!!

Will, was superb. You can tell he has a passion for the history of Denver. He brings to life the people whom discovered Denver. He takes his time to explain and have questions answered. It would not be the same experience with just driving around the city. Will, has made the walking tour a must do if your are visitor or even a local. The whiskey tastings are excellent. We learned the true history of Denver. I enjoyed also the history of whiskey, and how that relates to Denver. Again the tastings were awesome!!!
