Did you know Denver was founded over a barrel of whiskey? On this 3 hour Colorado Whiskey tour you will learn about Whiskies and their role in the founding of the city. On this walking tour you will visit Denver's oldest Irish Pub, a modern day saloon, and a local Denver distillery. Along the way you will sample different whiskies, learn how high altitude distilling is different than anywhere else and learn some light local history. What a wonderful experience we had with Will! He knows all sorts of fun historical information about Denver, booze and criminals!! He added so much enjoyment to our visit to Denver with games and trinkets and insightful tips on where to visit and eat and drink. My only regret is that we didn’t tour with Will earlier in our trip. I simply can’t recommend this more highly. There should be 6 stars reserved just for great experiences like this one.

My girlfriend and I did this tour with Will and it was far better than either of us would have imagined. Will did a fantastic job sharing so much history the entire time, made it very entertaining by having games to play, and of course the drinking along the way was great too! If you’re looking for a way to get outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and learn more about Denver’s history, this is a must do.

Our tour guide was awesome! He knew his history of the Denver area and provided us with interesting information. The stops we made had wonderful drinks and cocktails, and we played some fun games as well. We came on this tour as part of our honeymoon, and this was an awesome stop! Our tour guide helped us with information on some of the whisky we tried. If you are not a whisky drinker, that is okay too!! They have multiple cocktails or water where you stop! We recommend this for sure if you love history and drinking!
