What To Expect

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures

You'll feel like you are flying as you race across the water surface at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour on a 30- or 60-minute ride. The 17-seater airboat lets you see parts of the wetlands inaccessible by car, while feeling the thrill of speeding across the water with the wind in your hair.

I wasn't sure what it would be like but I enjoyed it. Because they were booking up quickly, I had an hour wait but walking around the Native Indian Village and seeing the interesting things that were there took up a lot of the time and then found a seat and vegged out until the ride began. I enjoyed seeing the variety of birds out there and in one spot, we saw two bald eagles and a couple of alligators in the water w/just their heads showing. After the boat tour, I walked part of their nature trail and found it interesting as well. Would've like the hr tour but enjoyed the 30 minute one just as much.

All the experience was well worth it. Staff was pleasant and explained everything clearly to us people with hearing disabilities and visual impairment. I was so well surprised that they offer blankets to people to cover themselves if the weather is chilly. 30 min was enough to me and my teenage boys to experience airboat capabilities. Highly recommend it.

We did the airboat tour and gem mining. Our kids loved it and the air boat tour guide was amazing! Highly recommend!!
