What To Expect

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures

You'll feel like you are flying as you race across the water surface at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour on a 30- or 60-minute ride. The 17-seater airboat lets you see parts of the wetlands inaccessible by car, while feeling the thrill of speeding across the water with the wind in your hair.

We selected the short / 30 minute tour and the total cost for both of us was $54. Airboats are loud and they provide hearing protection. Our driver provided a fast safe ride and we never felt we were in danger. He showed us a couple of alligators and water birds. He would stop and give a short narration and was happy to answer questions.

First time experience on an airboat ride and has been always something on my bucket list and I couldn't imagine a better time than we had. Not only was the location very accommodating to our group of 13+ passengers they had a great food menu, had an awesome introduction show about Native Americans from the area. We were riding back afterward saying how awesome the experience was and how much we took back from learning about the culture and Native American weaponry. The airboat ride was was spectacular we did the sunset tour and were able to see 12 foot+ alligators (multiple of them), Deers, and a plethora of bird species. I highly recommend making this trip as it is a must see while in Kissimmee. Super shoutout to Lauren she was our contact about coming on site and she was so welcoming and appreciative of having us. I would do this 20 times over again and I probably will haha. Thanks again.

This is about a 30 minute drive away from the theme parks but is well worth the trip. As well as the air boat ride you can feed gators and there is a native American on site who gives very interesting demonstrations. We opted for the 30 minute trip (you don't have to book this) and managed to see gators, turtles and eagles. It was a great experience. Tip: Look for money off vouchers in coupon booklets at restaurants and shops.
