We had a blast rippin' in the mountains and on valley ranch trails. Our group was 3 couples and each couple rented their own. 4 hours was a perfect amount of time too. One of the designated trails was closed when we went, so we had to drive on the highway for about 20 minutes each way - however that was the only 'hiccup'. The bumpy trail through the national park on the way back was interesting too! The most fun was out in the desert and the valley trails! Make sure you WEAR the GOGGLES! We were also told Schnebly Hill is a fun place to go ATV'ing but at the time some of the trails were closed there too.

We had a great experience! The four of us rented a four person ATV and were able in our four hour window to complete the ATV trail to the devil's bridge trailhead and hike up to see the bridge, as well as the diamondback gulch trail. the latter trail was a " black diamond" --somewhat challenging technically, but it was our first time driving an ATV and we were able to complete it. Quite an adventure!

Thursday visit 1/22/2021. We arrived with a warm welcome from the gal at the front desk. She was friendly and pleasant. We rented a 2020 Pro for $439.99. Because of the mention of the better suspension. We were then given directions from another gal and headed outside to get our vehicle. The guy outside was not rude but both my husband and I commented that he was not friendly. Just collecting a paycheck. About 1/4 way through the trip both my husband and I kept trying to adjust the seatbelts. They have a upper plastic piece that rub very hard on your collar bone and it hurts! We tried everything to adjust and they just kept hitting your collar bone. When we returned the check in guy said that he hates those seat belts they rub every time. He said it is the only model that has those types of belts. All others cross over. Be sure to inquire about the belts if you rent and stay away because we finally had to unbuckle and did not complete the second trail that was considerably more rocky and rough because of the seatbelt. It would have been very nice to have known this. When we went back in office to do the final paperwork the gal said the guys should have adjusted belt before you left. Great and not helpful at the end of the day. Next to us checking back in weā€™re four people in one buggy that returned at the same time that were complaining about a mechanical issue and the other gal helping them actually said to them in front of us, if you are going to have a bad attitude then leave. That level of customer service is very concerning and unnecessary. The customer was not being rude just felt like they should get a discount for their buggy not operating correctly. The gal (heavier set) was not representing the company well in resolving a conflict. Overall the scenery was super, the company of my husband fantastic and the actual atv experience just ok due to the seat belts.
