Had a part break on us while out on the trail, and we were down for an hour and a half. This wasnāt their fault (not ours either, but due to wear and tear), and they came out to fix it, but they did not discount our ride at first. We had to talk for 15 minutes with them before they gave us 10% off. This shouldnāt have to be something we had to argue for, but rather just good service.
