Overview
Visit 10-iconic Washington DC landmarks in four hours! Explore Washington DC with a professional tour guide on this four-hour day tour. We will go over the history of Washington DC with you and give you details about each of the iconic landmarks that we stop at. You will be dropped off and picked back up as close to each of the sites as possible. You will have plenty of time to walk around each site and to take photos.

  • Small Group Day Tours start at 9 am in front of the Starbucks at the Grand Hyatt 1000 H Street NW.

It was the perfect tour for my husband and I to be introduced to DC. Dean and Gillie (?) were so nice, entertaining, and knowledgeable and I loved that it was such a small group. I highly recommend this tour group. It was my second DC tour and this one was by far the best.

The tour was unforgettable. Dean and Anthony were great, it was like a boutique service tour. Dean was always giving information, he knew found out from talking to me that I was an ER nurse and while we were waiting for the others in the group, he brought me over to see the nurse monument across from the Vietnam monument which was a very nice touch. At the end of the trip, he asked what everyone was doing, where they were going and what not. Dean suggested different places to eat, other places to visit, and gave me a brochure on how to get the train to go to Arlington National Cemetery. I did not want to put too much thought into this, Dean did that for us all, plus gave us the history or information that isn't well known. Well worth the money, just being chauffeured around, dropped off and picked up was a big positive. I wish they left a tip cup out!!!

Thank you Dean and driver (don't know your name) for being accomodating. My husband and I were very lucky that both of us were the only passengers in the van. Since we already saw the National Mall and all its monuments and memorials, Dean asked where else can we go. He suggested Iwo Jima, and the Pentagon which we did. We asked to see if we can have pictures taken north and south of the White House and he willingly did. And when I asked questions about the National Archives, he volunteered to bring us there and saw the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. They brought us to the other itineraries of the tour which we have not seen. They even volunteered to drop us off right at the Metro Center Station because they knew I was limping and in pain from the day's previous walking tour. Now, that is what I call excellent tour guide. :)
