Visit 10-iconic Washington DC landmarks in four hours! Explore Washington DC with a professional tour guide on this four-hour day tour. We will go over the history of Washington DC with you and give you details about each of the iconic landmarks that we stop at. You will be dropped off and picked back up as close to each of the sites as possible. You will have plenty of time to walk around each site and to take photos.

  • Small Group Day Tours start at 9 am in front of the Starbucks at the Grand Hyatt 1000 H Street NW.
  • Please provide us your cell phone number. We will text you the night before your tour with your guides name and number.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early to check in with your guide.
  • Tour route may change due to construction or road closings.
  • If you are apart of a group booking separately please let us know if you would like to be seated in the same van.

Dean was a great guide and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who needs to cover a lot of ground in a short time. Excellent!

We only had one day to visit DC and my brother had never been. Our family had done a 'big bus' tours before - both day and night. They were OK but I never felt like I had MY questions answered or that we could see well enough with a crowd. I started searching for something more intimate. LOVED our time! We were 2 of 4 on the tour. The van was equipped with a big screen TV for all the 'behind the scenes' and historical information he wanted to share. Maps, old photos, etc. We asked all the questions we wanted and they were ALL answered. We were parked very close to the memorials and other stops. The tour guide was incredibly informed and animated; it was evident he not only knew, but loved the city. We've already given this information to friends and family. Don't look elsewhere - this is THE tour you want!

9 adults on our tour. I am generally not a tour tour type traveler but sure am glad we chose DC Small Group tour. 4 hours of professional, educational, and interesting touring of DC. All major monuments and outside the White House included a comfortable walk. While in the clean comfortable van, we had slides on video screen to go with narration from our guide Steve. Great value.
