Our driver, Kyven, and our Tour Guide, Steve, were exactly where they said they would be at the exact time of the scheduled tour start. Our driver Kyven did a great job of navigating the DC streets, getting us where where needed to go when we needed to be there. Our Tour Guide, Steve, was extremely personable, as he took a few moments during the day to talk to my wife and myself about where we are from and what brought us to DC and on the tour, in addition to being knowledgeable, not just with the history of the sites and of the US itself, but Steve was also great with recommending where to go for food and how to get there. I canā€™t recommend this tour strongly enough, and will certainly seek out this tour when Iā€™m visiting DC again!

Came in to a bit of a rough start, as we came from Florida and did not know that we would need our vaccination cards to check in before arriving. Even so, the staff were upstandingly supportive and patient, allowing us to check in and get settled while family back home got pictures of our vaccination cards. The rooms are small, but extremely functional, and very hightech. I had too much fun messing with the mood lighting, automatic blinds, and music controls. The decor and style may be a bit bombastic for some traditional folks, but I certainly enjoyed it. The food served at their restaurant was fine, and their bar was very convenient. However, the absolute star of the show was the customer service. From the restaurant and bar, to the front desk and room cleaning staff, everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and overwhelming hospitable. I cannot say enough good things about the men and women who work here, they do a fantastic job welcoming you, and making you feel welcome all throughout your stay. Throw in the fact that the location is a 20 minute walk from the US Capitol building, and all the surrounding memorials, historic locations, museums, and restaurants, and you have a location which embodies both the essence of hospitality while being right in the center of every single major attraction DC has to offer. 10 out of 10 experience, so long as this place remains so focused on quality of staff and experience, it will also remain my GO TO home away from home whenever I find myself in our nations Legendary Capital. Special thanks to the bar staff and front desk staff. Id say they are on their way to greatness, but honestly, they are already there. A credit to the service and hospitality industries, I simply cannot say enough positive things about them. Well done!

We only had a couple of days to explore DC with 4 adults and 6 kids ages 8-16, and this tour was perfection! We all learned so much and it was the perfect combo of sitting and moving on a cold day! Laurie, our tour guide and Dean our driver were just amazing with the kids and it was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Laurie and Dean for everything! We would do it again in a heartbeat!

I am so glad you and your family had fun! I love doing tours with kids. I added in extra places just for them. Who knew that Einstein would be their favorite statue? Anyway, please come back, there is so much more here to see. Laurie
