Original booking was for a Saturday night show at the Beacon but Mother Nature had other plans. They reached out and asked if we wanted to reschedule. We did, with choice of time the next day, and enjoyed an awesome and informative ride on the nicest day NYC has seen this year. They were in contact and responsive when necessary. Would use them again.

The advertisement was for 45 minute carriage ride. The driver was 10 minutes late and gave us a 35 minute ride. There were 2 men up front and they were so busy visiting we didn’t get a very good tour.

We had a fabulous time!!! Mostly, our tour guide Ibrahim was the reason we enjoyed it so much. Ibrahim was on time, friendly, kind, relational, informative, and just plain lovely! He answered all our questions about “Goldie” and told us all about her care and we could genuinely tell he loved her and took care of her. He was informative about everything in and around Central Park and took time to take some great pics of our family during our ride. I’d highly recommend doing a tour with Ibrahim - you won’t be disappointed!
