Professional from start to finish. You haven't seen the Grand Canyon until you've seen it from the helicopter. Find some way in your budget to add this to your trip. It's FANTASTIC and well worth it.

While I was a little apprehensive, our pilot was very reassuring before we took off. They take your picture before you take off that you can buy but the best part was that they created a DVD for your trip so you can hear the people that you travel with during the trip. Our pilot created a fantastic soundtrack to go with the trip which is on the DVD. This is great so you don't have to watch the trip from your camera. I can't say enough about how great it is to see the canyon from this point of view. It's so vast that seeing it from land is just not the same. Our 45 minute trip felt like 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!!!

Wow! Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The team at Maverick couldn't have been more helpful and friendly . From checking in, where the staff explained everything very clearly & were very reassuring, to meeting our lovely pilot, Patrick. He too was very reassuring, humorous, highly knowledgeable of the Canyon & an excellent pilot! For me, experiencing a helicopter flight for the first time was very special & although I started off a little apprehensive, it wasn't long before I was enjoying the flight & seeing the amazing, incredible Grand Canyon from a bird'e eye view. I would thoroughly recommend Maverick Helicopters at the Grand Canyon.
