My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and pilot Eddie. Very smooth ride at 7500-9500 feet which can be below the canyon rim at times. Excellent for taking aerial photos. The rear seats may be even better for photos as it has flatter plexiglass. I usually shoot open window from a plane, the plexiglass did not introduce distortion. Photos taken shutter priority 1/1000sec. f4.5, Typically 70-100mm. A wider lens 24-70mm would have been good as well. You don't need extreme telephoto. About an hour through the ZUNI and DRAGON corridors (see GREEN route 1). Desolate territory although we saw a raft and people below. Fantastic way to see a small part of this immense natural wonder. Both of us were very happy for the opportunity. Sights around each corner. If you use Google Earth search for KGCN for the airport. Very professional staff, sharp looking waiting areas, utmost concern for peoples safety and comfort. Our pilot was using his checklist to go over the briefing he must have done hundreds of times to ensure he wouldn't miss anything

We took this flight at the end of our stay at the Grand Canyon and it was worth it - got to see many places that are inaccessible except by air. Happy to get to the North Rim, as it's closed by car this time of year. Pilot was awesome- knowledgeable and safety oriented, as is the entire company. One of the most amazing experiences! The closest you can come to soaring over the canyon like a hawk.

We are happy that you got to experience the Grand Canyon from such a unique perspective. There is definitely so much more to experience at the Grand Canyon that is only accessible via helicopter! Thank you for sharing your experience and for flying with us.

Efficient check, in clear safety briefing friendly and informative pilot. But the star will always be the canyon itself. The floor literallly and metaphorically dropping away. Unforgettable. Thankyou.
