5-Hour Traverse City Wine Tour: 4 Wineries on Old Mission Peninsula

Overview
Sit back and enjoy the gentle slopes, winding country roads and Caribbean-like views on a Traverse City Wine Tour. The Magic Shuttle Bus is a chauffeur service with an entire fleet ready to take your group around Old Mission Peninsula.

The 45th parallel, is home to the worlds most famous wine-making regions AND Traverse City. Grapevines planted in the region enjoy the perfect amount of sunlight for optimal growth. When coupled with micro-climates created by Grand Traverse Bay, and fertile soil, this sets the perfect stage for delicious award-winning wines that rival centuries-old grapes produced in Europe & California.

"We are proud to say that our Old Mission Wine Tour has been nominated as Top 20 Wine Tours in the Country by USA Today, and stands as our signature tour in Northern Michigan!"

My mom and I took the tour on Sunday and it was fantastic! The 5 wineries we visited were amazing and we had plenty of time to enjoy each one. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks on the bus also! Matt was awesome! Will definitely be back to do this again.

1. The bus that drove us was called the magic bus and the roof was really low and if you're tall then you have to slouch down the entire time so your head isn't touching the roof. 2. We were required to make a reservation for the first winery called the chateau Chantal and we didn't find that out until we were on our way there and I think we should have been asked to do that ahead of time. There was no problem getting the reservation but what if there were no reservation left then you can't participate. 3. The first 2 winery's were the best looking and my favorite.
